I'm Kael, a product designer from Wales now based in Sydney. For the last few years I've been leading and growing a talented design team at SafetyCulture — before that, a decade navigating everything from scrappy agency life to complex corporates. Outside of work I'm slowly exploring this big old rock that is Australia, and consistently falling off my surfboard.
